# Windows Installation

### Instructions: <a href="#instructions" id="instructions"></a>

1. Create a [bot application](/installion-and-setup/bot-application-setup.md).
2. On the [website](https://store.answ3r.hu/account), set the `ip address`
3. Unzip the bot into a folder of your choice.
4. Configure the config file to your liking.
5. Open a **command prompt**. Be sure to use the cd < file path > command to change the console's path to your bot's directory.
6. Run `start.bat` and choose option `2` (Install modules).
7. And you can start the bot with `start.bat` option `1`.
8. Check that the bot is online in your discord server. If it's not, make sure you put the correct bot token and license key. If you have, create a ticket in our discord server.
